SHIPPING
It’s easy to get your hands on our products. We ship to all 50 U.S. States, U.S. territories, Canada and the rest of the world. You will receive your order between as fast as possible from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is ordered. After your payment is authorized and verified, It could still take between 3-7 business days to process your order. Please bear in mind; this is an estimate and does not include weekends and/or holidays. Shipping Speed and price depends on product type, destination and the customer’s chosen shipping method. Standard Shipping is limited to 48 U.S. States, orders addressed to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS or carrier with the best possible rate. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. Our goal is always to serve you. To that end we do our very best to ensure that your orders are shipped as fast as possible.

Shipped separately
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
International shipping & Customs fees
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You (the end customer) are responsible for fees that are required to be paid to the appropriate customs agency.
RETURNS
Return Policy
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. With that in mind, we understand returns may be necessary. Our goal is to be reasonable in those situations in meeting your expectations. Returns are approached on a per item basis. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, do allow us the courtesy of assisting you with your order. Restocking and service fees may apply. If you wish to make a return, contact us to discuss the matter before returning an item. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 6 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 6 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you (the customer) notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.
Returned by Customer
It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not offer size exchanges. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
- Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- Merchandise must be returned within 6 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- All sales are final outside the U. S.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Wrong Address
If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you (the customer) will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed for overnight service before 3:00 PM EST will ship out the next day and should arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Please Note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
